Optometrist
Michael Burkhart, O.D. is an optometrist at Pearle Vision where he provides vision care for our Wyomissing location. Dr. Burkhart graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology at Albright college. He then went to The Pennsylvania College of Optometry receiving a BS in Visual Science and his Doctor of Optometry.
Dr. Burkhart prides himself on taking his time with each patient and specializes in Primary Eye Care. He prescribes glasses and contact lenses and is trained in treatment and management of ocular diseases.
Dr. Burkhart is a Berks County native and currently resides with his wife and two children in Myerstown, PA. He serves his community as a member of the Jackson Township Zoning Hearing Board, and as an Assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scout Troop 420. He also serves as a Mason with the Williamson Lodge #307 in Womelsdorf, PA.
